Have you ever noticed that your air temps never seem to react on your Power FC? Do the temps seem to climb as the car warms up and then they just seem to sit there? That is because the factory sensor heat soaks from being mounted in the upper intake manifold and does not react quickly due to the sensor's design. Some people have tried mounting the sensor in the throttle body elbow as a fix for the heat soak. However, this mounting position does not fix the stock sensor's inability to react to the change in temps.

Fighters introduces the racing intake air temp sensor. This piece does not have a solid mass that absorbs heat like the stock sensor. Note the thin element at the end of the sensor. Due to its open element design, the sensor can quickly react to changes in temperature as intake air passes over it. Also, there is no need to relocate the sensor since the racing sensor does not heat soak like the factory sensor. That means a no hassle install since you don't have to drill/tap/weld onto your TB elbow. Even mounted in the stock position in the upper manifold you can still watch the temps change very quickly on your Power FC in real time.

The sensor uses a different connector than the factory sensor but it comes with a new connector and pigtail (pictured). You can simply crimp/solder the new connector's wires onto the old connector's wires. Due to the nature of the sensor, you do not have to match any colors when wiring or worry about wiring it up wrong, you simply connect the two wires to the factory sensors two wires (you can't mix up the wires, you can swap them either way and it will work the same). If you want to be able to truly monitor your car's performance and know that you are seeing the actual air temp along with knowing that your computer has the most accurate information for fueling, then the Fighters racing intake air temp sensor is a must buy! We have seen the FRATS sell for $100+ in the UK but is a great buy at only $44 shipped in USA ($59 internationally) with pigtail which is cheaper than the factory sensor!!

The factory engine harness does not need to be replaced and all critical accessories such as air conditioning continue to function. Lightweight aluminum pulley set for 93-5 RX-7 will shed weight and gain horsepower. This set replaces the main pulley, alternator pulley, water pump pulley, *and* power steering pulley. This combination allows your alternator and water pump to work as intended while still saving weight and helps to free up horsepower. It is a more liveable solution than some of the crazy underdriven pulleys out there that don't allow your alternator to spin fast enough to fully charge the battery at night or don't turn the water pump fast enough. The set of four pulleys are fully polished and complement the looks of any engine bay. The set is available for only $227.

HKS Twin Power

The Twin Power ignition amplifier incorporates both the CDI and transistor method ignition to provide optimum spark duration and maximum voltage output, resulting in crisper throttle response and a smoother engine powerband. Rotary Type Twin Power units are designed for the 13B engines in the FC (86-91) and FD (93-95). This unit is plug n play for the FD if you purchase the optional harness. The FC will require some wiring (only 5 wires) and does not need an optional harness. The unit is very small when compared to an MSD 6a box and you only need one of them, unlike the 6a where you need 3 boxes for the entire ignition system. This box has been proven to fix high RPM misfire along with providing better gas mileage and a smoother idle.

K Sport Kontrol Pro Damper System

Ksport Kontrol Pro Fully Adjustable Coilover Kits provide the ultimate in suspension technology for your street or track car. 36 levels of dampening adjustment allow you to fine tune the ride to your handling and comfort needs. The dampening adjusts compression and rebound simultaneously for ease of adjustment. Pillow ball top mounts in the front and rear on some applications allow you to maintain vehicle manufacturer suspension geometry design. Aeration and cavatation are a lot less common in a Monotube design, which results in a better ride. Fighters FD rear toe arms are a bolt-on suspension piece that remove the slop in the stock arms of the 93-5 RX-7. When one is driving the car hard, the rear toe arms will flex and toe-out which can cause the car to oversteer. This condition can cause the rear of the car to swing around unexpectedly which is obviously a bad thing. The Fighters arms completely replace the stock bushings in effort to eliminate this problem.

These arms are fully adjustable and feature teflon-lined chromoly heim joints to ensure smooth operation. Simply loosen the jam nuts with a wrench and then twist the arm to adjust rear toe. No need to remove the arms when setting your alignment as the changes can be made on-car. They also come with CNC'd 6061-T6 aluminum heim spacers so that the arm ends fit in the brackets like stock. Fighters polished FD intake gets rid of the big, stock airbox and opens up the engine bay while allowing for more flow and horsepower. The kit comes complete with two aluminum intake pipes, two K&N filters, aluminum heat shield, couplers, clamps, and air pump intake hose. Its polished looks compliment any engine bay. The install is very straightforward and uses simple hand tools. There are a couple options for which kit to buy. They are listed below.

Fighters polished FD air seperator tank replaces the stock plastic unit that is known to fail. The Fighters AST for the 93+ RX-7 bolts right in and uses the stock lines. There is no modification needed. Simply remove old, install new. The stock piece can randomly burst open and overheat your engine, killing it. The Fighters unit is TIG welded for strength and long life. It is $139 and it is in stock.

Fighters FD mini battery kit saves over 20 pounds and frees up important space! The FD's recipe for success is being a lightweight car that handles great, so why not drop some weight off the car while making it easier to turn a wrench. The huge stock battery can interfere with aftermarket intercooler plumbing while the Fighters MBK opens up a large space and does not interfere with turbo or cooling piping.

Fighters FC rear camber arm is a bolt-on suspension piece allows you to easily adjust the rear camber of the 86-91 RX-7 by simply jacking up the car and turning the arm to the desired camber. Fighters billet wheel spacer is custom made to have perfect fitment and allow you to set the proper spacing on your wheels. These spacers fit the 4 and 5 lug FC, FD, and GSL-SE FBs. They do not fit the 79-85 S/GS/GSL with the 4x110 pattern. The spacers are available in 5mm and 10mm.

Why would you want these spacers? Simply put, auto store wheel spacers are crap. They are so universal that the fitment is never right. Also, the material is usually cast and of poor construction. The spacers fit so poorly that they can throw your wheels/hub off balance because they do not center themselves on the lugs.

The Fighters spacers are CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, which is used in aerospace applications, and are made to have a perfect fit on the hub. This quality fitment ensures that there are no balance issues like humming noises or a shaky/wobbly steering wheel.

Fighters boost pressure tester is a great way to check your plumbing for leaks and ensure that you are getting the most out of your setup. On the FC RX-7's AFM-based setup, any leak in the intercooler plumbing will make the car stumble as it is losing air it has metered. What seems like a poor running car could simply be a boost leak. On the FD's MAP-based setup, you cannot tell if you have a boost leak at all because the car will run anyways, regardless of the fact that you're losing power and overworking the turbo(s). If you have a leak after the throttle body and the car is idling high, you can pinpoint the leak with the Fighters pressure tester.

The Fighters leak tester is simple to use. You simply connect the tester to your intake piping or directly to the turbo via a standard coupler. The Fighters tester has a valve stem so you can use any air compressor to pressurize your piping. Simply tighten it in a coupler and then use a tire inflator to pressurize the piping and then listen for leaks. That's it! What's even better is the built-in gauge. You do not need to have a friend watch your boost gauge while you pressurize the system, nor do you need to run back and forth looking at your gauge, then listening for leaks. You just pressurize the system and listen for leaks while watching the gauge on the tester. The tester comes in different sizes to fit diffierent turbos so you need to order the proper tester for your application. If there is any doubt, you can measure the inlet of the turbo easily.

Boost leaks can occur at any pressure level, but especially at higher boost levels. You can have no boost leaks at 10 PSI, but plenty at 15 PSI. You might up the boost and wonder why it didn't seem to get much faster. That's why its great to be able to make sure your system is tight and seals 100%, making sure that you get the full bang for your buck. You can check your system for leaks before you up the boost. With boost leaks present, the turbo is seeing less of a restriction and can overspin itself, thus shortening the life of the turbo. When it comes to turbos, unsealed piping presents hidden problems.

Also, the Fighters pressure tester is fully TIG welded and coated to ensure great looks and long life which makes its low price of $29 shipped a steal. Homemade testers are poor quality, don't have a gauge, do not have a rolled bead on them so they pop off when testing, and are simply a poor way to test a vital part of your car's performance. They are just that, homemade.

Pictured is the tester with provided coupler along with the cap(circled) with provided coupler. As you can see, the parts are easy to access and simple to test.

You can see that we pressurize the piping by simply using a tire inflator. The system is pressurized and the gauge shows just over 4 PSI. We found two leaks in the piping that were virtually undetectable.
