Ksport Kontrol Pro Fully Adjustable Coilover Kits provide the ultimate in suspension technology for your street or track car. 36 levels of dampening adjustment allow you to fine tune the ride to your handling and comfort needs. The dampening adjusts compression and rebound simultaneously for ease of adjustment. Pillow ball top mounts in the front and rear on some applications allow you to maintain vehicle manufacturer suspension geometry design. The pillow ball top mounts also allow you a more direct feel for solid driver response. Camber adjustability is included on pillow ball top mounts that allow it for the ability to adjust camber from the actual coilover, instead of a separate camber kit.

This kit utilizes an adjustable lower mount, which means you adjust height without losing suspension travel like some other coilover designs do. With the mounts and most pieces of the coilover being designed for 6061 billet aluminum the kit is lightweight, durable, and rust resistant. The steel shock body is electroplated with zinc to resist rust and the elements. The valving of each set is matched to the springs installed for unmatched ride quality and reliability.

The Ksport system uses a Monotube design in which the oil and gas are separated within the cylinder. When compared to twin tube designs the Monotube dissipates heat better, allows finer dampening adjustments, and requires more expensive design process. Aeration and cavatation are a lot less common in a Monotube design, which results in a better ride. The Kontrol Pro Coilover kit has been designed with professional road racing in mind offering extremely high value and performance.

Evo 9 Mini Battery Kit saves over 20 pounds and frees up room in the engine bay. There are many intercooler piping kits that require the use of a mini battery and this kit fits the bill nicely. It uses stock mounting points and is a simple bolt-in install. Also, the battery is surrounded on all sides so that it doesn't move during hard braking or accelleration. The Evo isn't a lightweight car and any weight savings will surely help.

*Fighters polished aluminum upper intercooler piping and 3"intake



Fighters upper intercooler piping/intake combo completely replaces the stock intercooler piping from the intercooler to the intake manifold AND it replaces the intake. The kit comes with all polished aluminum piping, silicone couplers, clamps, and a filter that bolts onto the MAF for ease of install. The intake is full 3" for high flow.

The big feature of the Fighters upper kit is that it moves the blow off valve to a more prominent location which makes it easy to access, unlike the stock piping which buries it under the intake. Also, it allows for practically any replacement blow off valve to be added without any welding. One can open vent the BOV or recirculate it without any additional welding or plumbing changes. As you can see in the picture, the kit doesn't require the use of a mini battery which saves money!

The Fighters kit is $289 shipped and can be ordered with an aftermarket BOV or one can keep their stock BOV. One can also order it for use with or without the MAF if they have converted to a MAP-based system like the AEM EMS. Because there are so many combos of front mount intercoolers and blow off valves, call 850-478-2696 to place your order if you have anything other than a stock FMIC and stock BOV. This step will ensure that you get the proper configuration.

Fighters billet wheel spacer is custom made to have perfect fitment and allow you to set the proper spacing on your wheels.

Why would you want these spacers?

Simply put, auto store wheel spacers are crap. They are so universal that the fitment is never right. Also, the material is usually cast and of poor construction. The spacers fit so poorly that they can throw your wheels/hub off balance because they do not center themselves on the lugs.

The Fighters spacers are CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, which is used in aerospace applications, and are made to have a perfect fit on the hub. This quality fitment ensures that there are no balance issues like humming noises or a shaky/wobbly steering wheel.

Fighters mirror finish turbo manifold heat shield is a great way to polish up the engine bay. It totally replaces the stock heat shield which is prone to rust and adds a great look. It simply bolts on, no modifying required and it even comes with all stainless hardware so you do not have to reuse the stock, rusty bolts. Also, it is very easy to drill through for use with an EGT sensor. The heat shield is cheaper than other options at only $49 shipped. A cheap way to get rid of the eyesore that is the stock rusty heat shield and cover up the rusty manifold. This item is in stock.

 

Fighters 3" aluminum MAF-less intake is great for owners who have MAP-based ECUs like an AEM EMS. It is fully polished aluminum for great looks and long life. Also, it comes with a rubber coupler and high flow filter for an all-in-one package. The coupler can be a 2.5" to 3" transition for stock turbos or a full 3" for larger turbos. This intake was designed to work with either stock upper intercooler piping, Fighters piping, or stock-type piping like the Injen system and others available on the market. It has rolled beads to ensure no slipping of couplers and places the filter as far away from heat sources as possible. The pictured pipe is fitted to a 2005 model so you can see that it will work with all years. The intake pipe, coupler, and filter are only $105 shipped.

Fighters boost pressure tester is a great way to check your plumbing for leaks and ensure that you are getting the most out of your setup. On the Evo's MAF based setup, any leak in the intercooler plumbing will make the car stumble as it is losing air it has metered. What seems like a poor running car could simply be a boost leak.

The Fighters leak tester is simple to use. You simply connect the tester to your intake piping or directly to the turbo via a standard coupler. The Fighters tester has a valve stem so you can use any air compressor to pressurize your piping. Simply tighten it in a coupler and then use a tire inflator to pressurize the piping and then listen for leaks. That's it! What's even better is the built-in gauge. You do not need to have a friend watch your boost gauge while you pressurize the system, nor do you need to run back and forth looking at your gauge, then listening for leaks. You just pressurize the system and listen for leaks while watching the gauge on the tester.

The tester comes in different sizes to fit diffierent turbos so you need to order the proper tester for your application. If there is any doubt, you can measure the inlet of the turbo easily.

Boost leaks can occur at any pressure level, but especially at higher boost levels. You can have no boost leaks at 10 PSI, but plenty at 15 PSI. You might up the boost and wonder why it didn't seem to get much faster. That's why its great to be able to make sure your system is tight and seals 100%, making sure that you get the full bang for your buck. You can check your system for leaks before you up the boost. With boost leaks present, the turbo is seeing less of a restriction and can overspin itself, thus shortening the life of the turbo. When it comes to turbos, unsealed piping presents hidden problems.

Also, the Fighters pressure tester is fully TIG welded and coated to ensure great looks and long life which makes its low price of $29 shipped a steal. Homemade testers are poor quality, don't have a gauge, do not have a rolled bead on them so they pop off when testing, and are simply a poor way to test a vital part of your car's performance. They are just that, homemade.

Fighters Evo catch can fits neatly in the strut bar. It collects blowby gases via the valve cover vent or pcv valve and the gases condense into oil inside the can. The collected oil does not get sucked into the intake, and therefore, the engine does not burn the oil. Also, the oil does not coat the intercooler piping and intercooler, which would lessen the efficiency of the system. Also, burnt oil will form a residue on the top of pistons and slowly raise compression without the owner knowing, which can ultimately cause knock, resulting in lessened performance or a blown motor.

The Fighters can is fully TIG welded aluminum and is powdercoated a reflective silver. Also, unlike other cans on the market, the Fighters can has the tubing run to the back of the can, making for a clean, simplified look. No mess of hoses cluttering the engine bay. A great feature of the can is that it requires no tools to drain. Other cans have the drain directly over the intake manifold and it requires a wrench in a tight spot. Nobody wants to pour oil onto their intake nor do they want to remove the catch can every time they want to drain it. The fix? The Fighters can uses a petcock or valve that can be opened and closed by hand with a simple turn of the knob.

The owner can use the supplied piece of hose to drain the oil into a cup for simple cleanup. Then, simply leave the hose attached or keep it in your glove box for future use. Comes with all needed hose and clamps. The Fighters catch can is even cheaper than other cans at only $97 shipped.

Revised Lower Intercooler Pipe!


Fighters lower intercooler pipe replaces the restrictive stock piece entirely. The stock pipe has unnecessary bends
and necks down to less than 1.5". Other aftermarket versions neck down halfway through and, as such, do not fully realize
the gains in replacing the stock pipe. Our pipe maintains a 2.5" diameter throughout the entire piece and does not neck down. Also, it is made of aluminum and comes fully polished. It includes stainless hose clamps and 4 ply silicone connectors.

Installation is very easy and only requires simple hand tools and 30 minutes to an hour of your time. This piece connects to the turbo outlet and comes with a new silicone coupler to replace the long, stock flex hose. The pipe has beefy rolled beads to ensure leak-free use.

Other companies claim their smaller versions are worth 7-10hp and our piece maintains a larger piping diameter. On Wrick's car we noticed increased spool by 300rpm+ and boost "hit" rather than gradually coming on. It hit so hard that we thought it was spiking, but it was just more efficient due to the larger piping and lack of a large flex coupler. Also, Wrick noticed the car pulled harder on the top end due to the increased flow of the new pipe. The stock lower pipe becomes a restriction when one has bolt-ons and especially with the extra flow of cams. The Fighters pipe is only $149 shipped which is nearly half the price of other versions.
